Audacious Farms – Power of Sharing
You can help
Pauli & Lea Roterdam founded Audacious Farms over a decade ago to inspire people and communities to grow their own food. They want everyone to understand what nutrients you need and how to create nutrient dense food.
Since the passing of Lea Roterdam, Pauli is wanting to bring their shared vision into reality, learning the best methods to support a community, creating nutritional based farming programs and other food opportunities for the community.
Pauli is a published plant scientist, researcher, breeder, extractor and formulator with over 30 years of experience in nutrition, farming and manufacturing wellness products.
The food from 100 years ago was 10 times more nutritious and didn’t contain toxic chemicals and bio engineering.
Our bodies are not receiving the nutrition we need to thrive and survive. So we take pills, supplements, caffeine, carbs or sugar. Now everyone is starting to see the result in themselves or others.
Small farms have been under attack for years with no support from supermarkets. So most of your food sources sell food that has GMOs, pesticides, herbicides and other chemicals that are toxic and eventually make you sick.
We believe in ancient beliefs and practices and uphold them. In that we receive the nutrition and healing from our love of the earth.
We do not believe the NEW technology techniques and methods used today help the soil, people and the environment.

We teach how to create food gardens for their family or community.
We are a non profit farm school that educates the public about organic regenerative farming, across generations, from youth to seniors.

Power of sharing
No one became poor by giving…
We are needing LAND – as fertile land is getting harder to find. We need donations to drive our mission to teach and educate anyone and everyone that wants food independence and the ability to grow, store and cook foods that enhance life.
